Li Liquan, a senior engineer. He is the person in charge of the first-class courses in Guangdong Province and the CMF Design Science and Application Center, and the vice dean of the School of Design and Innovation at Shenzhen Technology University. He is the winner of the Guanghua Longteng Innovation Design Award - Top Ten Outstanding Young Designers in Guangdong Province (National Science and Technology Award No. 0223), the winner of the May 1st Labor Medal in Guangdong Province, the winner of the Technical Expert in Guangdong Province, the winner of the Pengcheng Craftsman in Shenzhen, and the winner of the Outstanding Teacher in Shenzhen. He is an expert at the International Economic and Technological Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and an expert in industrial design projects of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.

He has presided over 3 teaching and research projects at the provincial level and above and participated in 1 National Social Science Foundation project as a key member. He has won 1 first prize of the Teaching Achievement Award of Shenzhen Technology University (ranked first) and 1 Teaching Crystal Award of Shenzhen Technology University (ranked first). He has guided students to win nearly 50 awards in various professional design competitions at home and abroad. He has been authorized 4 national invention patents and nearly 30 other patents.
