The school attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' practical abilities, strengthens school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of production, education and research, provides high-quality talent motivation and human resources for Shenzhen's innovation-driven development strategy and industrial transformation and upgrading, and explores a new path for the reform and innovation of higher design education nationwide.
Currently, the school has set up three majors, namely Industrial Design (enrolling professional master's students), Environmental Design, and Art and Technology. Advanced teaching and scientific research experimental environments, such as the Digital Rapid Prototyping Laboratory and the Multimodal Ergonomics Laboratory, have been established. Teachers and students have achieved excellent results in school-enterprise cooperation projects and important domestic and international design competitions such as the Red Dot and iF Design Awards. The school attaches great importance to international education and has established cooperative relationships with more than 10 foreign institutions, including the University of Toronto, the University of Canberra in Australia, and the University for the Creative Arts in the UK.
With the development of disciplines and the expansion of the scale of running the school, the school is now continuing to publicly recruit academic leaders and outstanding teaching and research personnel at home and abroad. II. Registration Time and Method

Online Application: Enter the Talent Recruitment Website of Shenzhen Technology University,register and log in to the system. After filling in the personal resume completely, click "Apply Now" to complete the online application(each person can only apply for one position). Send Personal Application-related Materials: After completing the position application, please send the following materials to the school's special recruitment email address: design@sztu.edu.cn.
(1) A complete and true personal resume (including personal research achievements, one copy in Chinese and one copy in English);
(2) Personal portfolio;
(3) Relevant certificates (graduation certificates, degree certificates, professional qualification certificates, professional title certificates, etc. combined into one PDF file);
(4) The subject of the email must be named in the form of "Personal Name + Applied Position Number" (for example, "Zhang San + Z01").
III. Recruitment Procedures

(2) Eligible applicants will receive an invitation sent by phone or email;
(3) Determine the proposed candidates according to the evaluation results, and the school will review and approve the final candidates.
IV. Employment
Applicants who have obtained the employment qualification will receive an official employment email notice sent by the Human Resources Department of our school. The school will provide competitive salary and benefits according to the position obtained by the employed person. V. Other Matters
(1) The calculation of relevant qualifications, work experience, etc. for the recruitment shall all be as of the registration date. The relevant certificates and certifications required for the position must be recognized or reviewed before submitting the registration materials; when measuring the work experience time, the internship experience, part-time work experience and work training during the period of full-time general higher education will not be counted;
(2) Applicants must fill in their personal resumes and scientific research achievements truthfully and completely. If it is verified that there is a forgery behavior, our school has the right to cancel the employment qualification;
(3) Those who meet the requirements of relevant talent policies in Shenzhen can additionally enjoy relevant talent subsidies in Shenzhen during their term of office (subject to the official documents of Shenzhen).
