The Dean of the School of Creative Design, Shenzhen Technology University, concurrently serving as the Dean of the Design and Research Institute of Shenzhen Technology University, obtained a double bachelor's degree in Landscape Architectural Design and Urban Planning from the University of Sheffield in the UK in 2007. In 2011, he received a master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto in Canada.

He once worked in well-known landscape design companies in the UK and Canada. He is a member of the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA) and a member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA) in Canada.

Over the years, he has been engaged in the research of projects related to public space design, low-carbon development, sponge cities, smart cities, etc. He has participated in a number of public space design and urban intelligent road engineering projects in the UK and Canada, and has compiled works such as "Guidelines for the Planning and Design of Humanized Streets" and "Low Impact Development: Guidelines for Stormwater Management Planning and Design".

He has won several international and national awards, including the Merit Award of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), the Toronto Horticultural Society Award, and the Academic Excellence Award of the University of Toronto.
